FSA Member Assistance Pilot (MAP)
Registration and Information
Member Assistance Pilot (MAP).
MAP's are key Pilot/Builder members at specific airports within the state of Florida who have volunteered  to provide
support to Florida Sonex Association Member Pilots and visiting Sonex Pilots in the event they have aircraft problems
when near a MAP airport for tools, ground transportation and in some cases even a place to stay ( when Available),
Temporary  hanger or tie down when needed to get your Sonex back in the air and on your way. Of course this is
based upon availability at the MAP's Home Airport. If your visiting Florida and flying near an FSA MAP airport, please
stop in at a the MAP hangar and say hello. The MAP Airports will be listed on the FSA website sometime in October
of 2011 along with contact information.

*Note: The support available applies to the services at or nearby the FSA MAP's home airport. If
the MAP has some parts that he maintains at the hangar for the aircraft or engine they
MAY be
available for sale or replacement as the MAP see fit. The term AeroVee support or Jabiru
support refers to the type engine that the MAP is currently using in his aircraft which he would
have special tools etc., on hand at the hangar that may be useful on those engines.
